Convert TREC to MPEG

Camtasia screen recording software can export its recorded sessions to several other multimedia formats, including the common Windows Media Video format (.wmv) which can be converted to almost any other video format.

This can be done simply by using the Produce and Share function in the program, where you change the option to Custom production settings and in the next step select any of the available video formats. You can then convert the resulting file to MPEG, which should be easy enough using any of the currently used multimedia converters.

The Mac version of Camtasia has limited supported for formats other than MOV (QuickTime) and MP4, but you can convert these to MPEG format with the use of some multimedia conversion software for Mac.
