It seems converting Microsoft Word Documents directly to Kodak Digital Camera RAW Images (.doc to .dcr conversion) is, per se, impossible, at least not without using a simple workaround.
You might have to first convert DOC to PDF, allowing you to convert PDF to DCR using numerous (online) converters.
