As far as we know, it is not possible to import CorelDRAW Files directly to a Microsoft Publisher Document (.cdr to .pub conversion).
It seems that your best option would be to export your CorelDRAW artwork in another graphics format, which is supported by Microsoft Publisher, such as for instance EMF, WMF etc.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert CDR to PUB directly.
Thus, there is no so-called cdr to pub converter or a free online .cdr to .pub converter to be found.
