Converting Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Templates directly to Access Add-in Files (.xlt to .accda conversion) is not possible, and doesn't make much sense, since both file types have completely different functions and purpose.
We are not aware of any available file conversion utility capable of such a conversion.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert XLT to ACCDA directly.
Thus, there is no so-called xlt to accda converter or a free online .xlt to .accda converter to be found.
