Use the original software, Camtasia, to convert TechSmith Recording Files directly to WAVE Audio Files (.trec to .wav conversion). This is not a conversion in the proper sense though.
Use Camtasia itself, as it lets users export its TREC recordings in WAV format using the 'Produce and Share' function.
