Convert SAI to PSB

SAI format is proprietary and used exclusively in the Paint Tool SAI and it does not seem likely that it is supported in some other graphics editor. The program itself allows export to Adobe Photoshop formats (.psd and .psb) as well as standard bitmap pictures (.bmp), so sai to psb conversion is certainly possible.
