Convert PPT to KEYNOTE

Apple Keynote supports PowerPoint  (.ppt) presentations just fine. However the latest versions of the app use .key files instead .keynote, which is a different file format. If you need the program to save your presentations in the previously used format, you have to change that in preferences settings.
