Convert PDN to JPG

Paint.NET image and photo editing software features its own PDN format for saving pictures, instead the more traditional formats, most likely for saving formatting and other features exclusive to the program. Users that prefer pictures in one of the common formats (JPEG, PNG etc) are quite often looking for pdn to jpg conversion.
