Except for old Micrografx software that supported export of .mgx drawings to other formats, it is unlikely that many alternative software for mgx to jpg conversion exist. Your best option nowadays is most likely CorelDRAW, because Corel bought Micrografx few years back and perhaps still supports MGX format, but alas we were not able to verify this information.
