Notes on quality and limitations

JPEG to text conversion depends entirely on OCR accuracy. If the JPEG contains only a photo with no readable text, the result will be empty or meaningless. OCR quality is affected by image resolution, blur, compression artifacts, skew, lighting, font style, and language support. Complex layouts such as columns, tables, stamps, or mixed graphics may not convert cleanly into plain text. If preserving formatting matters, consider exporting to DOCX or PDF first, then extracting text separately.
