It is not possible to directly convert IronCAD CAD drawings (.ics) to Autodesk Inventor formats (*.ipt). However, both of these programs support STEP formats. So the best course of action is to convert ICS to STP which can then be imported to Inventor to produce IPT CAD drawing.
