Convert VEF to VCARD

It looks like vef to vcard conversion more or less represent attempts to transform password protected contact backups from HTC devices (.vef) to a standard .vcf files (vCard format). In any case, if you hope for any success with this you will need to know the password for the .vef file and most likely also the original device on which it was created so you can restore it via Google service.
