Convert TSCPROJ to 3GPP

Camtasia projects (.tscproj files) can be exported in the program to several multimedia formats, including MP4, WMV, MOV or FLV. It appears that 3GP/3GPP format is unfortunately not directly supported in Camtasia, which means that if you need to have your recording to be in this format, you will have to rely on some multimedia converter instead. But first you have to export the files to MP4 or something in Camtasia anyways.
