Motorola users should be able to either sync their contacts with Outlook or similar program and directly export the contacts to a .csv file (Comma Separated Value format) using the Motorola Phone Tools software. Once this is done, it should be easy enough to get your vCard contacts (.vcf) from CSV file using any of the available csv to vcf converters.
The database currently does not contain any phb file converter.
