Considering that both the .par and .dft files originate from Solid Edge 3D CAD software and both these files types are used for CAD drawings / models it is likely the program can somehow re-save or convert one to another. The par to dft conversion is possibly can also be done in a 3rd party CAD software that supports both these files, but no such program is known to us at this time.
