Converting Ogg Vorbis Audio Files directly to Finale Notation Files (.ogg to .mus conversion) is not possible; at least not without a simple workaround. The Finale PrintMusic software does not support the OGG file format, but it does support other audio formats, such as for instance MP3.
Simply convert OGG to MP3 first. Then you can use Finale PrintMusic to upload your resulting MP3 file in order to generate a MUS notation file.
