Convert NWF to NWD

As both .nwf and .nwd file originate from NavisWorks, it is likely that only this program is capable of conversion between these formats, if that is actually even possible. Unfortunately, we were not really able to verify this piece of information, but considering that .nwf files are projects, such nwf to nwd conversion is most likely doable.
