As far as we know, only NI software (KONTAKT, TRAKTOR etc.) can be used to produce .nks archives with protected content, which greatly limits options for nki to nks conversion. There is really no other way how this type of archives can be created and no 3rd party software supports it and it is unlikely some converter for this exists.
