Convert NBF to NBU

Whilst the Nokia NbuExplorer can be used to extract the contents of both NBF and NBU backup archives, it is unlikely it can be used to convert one to another, or wise versa. Such nbf to nbu converion is most likely not possible at all, except perhaps for first restoring the .nbf file and then creating .nbu file using another backup procedure.
