Is there a simple way to convert .menc files to .mp3 format?
As far as we know, converting Windows Mobile Encrypted Files directly to MP3 Audio Files (.menc to .mp3 conversion) is not possible.
We are not aware of any multimedia editing software or (online) conversion tool capable of converting MENC to MP3.
If you need to recover the actual files, you will have to disable the encryption on your mobile device.
In a word, direct menc to mp3 conversion is not possible.
So don't expect any so-called menc to mp3 converter or menc to mp3 free online conversion tool available.
The database currently does not contain any menc software converter.
