Convert MB to MA

Considering that both of the .mb and .ma files are produced by Autodesk Maya 3D modeling, animating and rendering software tool and it is likely that only this program (if even it is possible) can convert or somewhat export these two file types. No 3rd party software is known to us at this time that could be used to perform mb to ma conversion.
