eDrawing files (.easm file extension) cannot be converted to anything else, because they are used as previews and for printing - not further editing. They are similar to PDF in their purpose. You have to access the original assembly files if you hope for export of any kind, including the one to STEP format (.stp, .step).
One exception to this is if the original author of the .easm file allowed future export during the creation, but this is typically not the case.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert EASM to STP directly.
Thus, there is no so-called easm to stp converter or a free online .easm to .stp converter to be found.
