Convert BIP to ADF

If any kind of bip to adf conversion is possible, it would be some kind of export of graphics images from ArcGIS/ArcView. We have not found any particular information about such export, but both formats store raster content, so it does not seem impossible to achieve. In any case, this might be something very unique and only doable with the original tool, so if you have some kind of issue with this export, it would be perhaps best to reach out to ESRI support.
