MPJ is a proprietary file format, which means that in order to convert Audio Video Interleave files directly to Video Edit Magic Projects (.avi to .mpj conversion), you will need to utilize the original software. This is, however, not a conversion in the proper sense.
Using the Video Edit Magic software will allow you to import AVI video files to existing/new projects, and saving such projects in MPJ format.
As far as we know, there are no available third-party solutions for such conversion request.
