Convert ARF to KDC

Whilst theoretically possible, it seems that arf to kdc conversion would be of no use actually. Because .arf files are images used in astronomy, and far from the digital raw photographs.Export to standard JPEG or TIFF would make make more sense and would actually be much easier to achieve.
