Convert ZIX to RAR

ZIX archives are notoriously distributed on torrents sites, but are nothing more than a variant of ZIP that can be opened with a malware known as WinZIX. It is better to download the files in other format and delete .zix files. If you really wish to recover .zix files, use tools such as such UnZixWin or UnZixHTA that removes all the rubbish data from these archives and creates regular ZIP files. After that, you can repack the to RAR with any of the zip to rar tools available - should you really need it.
