• Very large diagrams may need page scaling, landscape orientation, or multiple pages to remain legible.
• Fonts and symbols may shift slightly if the original fonts are not available during export.
• Proprietary UML files may require the original software to export correctly.

If your goal is to share a diagram with colleagues, PDF is usually the safest choice because it is easy to open and preserves the visual layout well.
