Convert UHTML to HTML

Alas, It doesn't seem that some reliable converter for direct uhtml to html conversion exist, or some other alternative that can be used to convert .uhtml web pages to common .html files. UHTML format seems to binary and thus just renaming uhtml suffix to html won't work. There are some mentions in forums about dedicated UHTML to HTML converter apps, but despise best effort we haven't found any.
