Convert TIB to VMDK

Acronis TrueImage backup disk images (.tib) can be converted to VMware virtual hard drive format (.vmdk) with VMware vCenter Converter Standalone, unfortunately this works only on .tib files created by the Acronis True Image version 11, 10 and older.

In order to convert newer versions of TIB format, you have to use True Image to convert .tib file to a Microsoft VHD format and after that Start V2V Image Converter to convert VHD file to the VMDK format.
