Convert SEQ to TXT

As far as we know, the only seq to txt conversion possible to for some older Commodore text files to plain text. Nonetheless seq file extension s used for many file types (especially various sequences), which means that there might be several completely different seq to txt conversions possible, but all of them are export to plain text files. Some .seq files are actually already text files, so you can just rename the suffix.
