Convert PRPROJ to AVI

You will be able to export your Premiere Pro Projects, .prproj files, to standard .avi format in Adobe Premiere using the default export function. This software supports a wide variety of multimedia file types for both import and export. Thus you can easily complete a .prproj to .avi conversion. This requires, however, the original multimedia source.

To our knowledge, no other utility is capable of working with .prproj files, so your only alternative appears to be Adobe Premiere.
