Using the original software, Capella, seems to be your only option for converting MIDI Music Data Files directly to Capella CapXML Scores (.midi to .capx conversion), since CAPX is a proprietary file format.
Use Capella, a music notation software, as it allows users to import MIDI files and export them in CAPX musical score format.
We are not aware of any third-party solution capable of converting MIDI to CAPX.
