Convert FSK to JPEG

There doesn't seem to exist any graphics file that would feature .fsk extension, so a straight fsk to jpeg conversion is not very likely. But perhaps this actually related to FotoSketcher utility that uses .fsk to save presets and users are looking for a way to export these files directly to pictures. This is most likely not doable directly as a file conversion, but it should be possible to apply/use these presets and export the resulting picture.
