Convert EXE to 7Z

exe to 7z conversion is most likely a matter of converting SFX archive to standard 7z archive, something that should be certainly doable with 7-zip. Alternative approach would be to first extract the archive and then repack it to 7zip archive, but modern software should be able to repack with single click.
