As far as we know, EGG archives are only created using ALZip archiver, unfortunately these archives are not well supported outside in other program. If you are trying to convert (repack) these archives to some of the more common format like ZIP, the best option would be download ALZip and re-pack your files with it. It's a free download, but might be only available on some abandonware websites.
The database currently does not contain any egg file converter.
