Convert DICOM to ART

DICOM pictures are saved in a special, but still raster format which means that it should be possible to convert it to some alternative format, for example of the ART formats. The real problem will be to find software that supports the particular ART file type you need the file to be converted into. If direct dicom to art conversion is not possible, you can always try some middle step conversion through some exchange format.
