Convert CIW to ENL

Considering that both .ciw (Web of Science exports) and .enl (library) files are used by EndNote, some way how to export or at least partially transfer the data between these files, or to so exchange format most likely exists.

Unfortunately, we have not found anything specific about this, so if you are looking for some particular isue with such export, perhaps contact EndNote/Microsoft support.
