If you need to convert movie subtitles from one format to another, in our case Cavena subtitles (.cip) to SubRip subtitles (.srt), you have to use some of the special subtitle editors that support both these formats. One of the better ones with broad format supports is for example Subtitle Workshop, which should be fully capable of cip to srt conversion.
