Converting Capella Scores directly to MP3 Audio Files (.cap to .mp3 conversion) is, per se, not possible; at least not without a workaround using the original software.
First, you have to use Capella, which allows users to export its CAP scores in MIDI format. You can then easily convert MIDI to MP3.
We are not aware of any audio editing software or (online) conversion tool capable of directly converting CAP to MP3.
