BAK files are used by AutoCAD to store automate backups of project files (DWG, DXF file extensions). You can try to rename the bak extension to dwg and see if you can open the file in AutoCAD. This is pretty much the only particular bak to dwg conversion we know of, but similar CAD programs may use bak files for backup purposes as well. Unfortunately, we do not know about any 3rd party program that could be otherwise used to convert bak to dwg.
